Karen Nielsen is the founder of Eye 4 Design, as well as an agent for Vanguard Realty. Karen was born and raised in New York and moved to Washington in 2003. She has a degree in Package Design from the Fashion Institute Technology in NYC. Package Design is the aspect of marketing that enhances visual appeal of products to make them stand out over the competition. She applies these principles to her home staging as well as her real estate marketing. This will ensure that your home has the optimal color palette, proper furniture placement, correct lighting and accessorized to meet your objectives and budget. With todays home market challenges Karen exceeds her competition's performance in price sought and expiration rate.
